I decided that there had to be a conversation about mayors, especially after the murder of the Ukrainian girl. It seems that blue city mayors are too concerned with optics, crime stats, federal money and their political careers. To start the conversation, I took one of the worst examples ever of this...Memphis.  Mickey Milam joins me to speak of his career as a Memphis police officer and the famous incident on Shannon St and how a mayor let a uniformed police officer be tortured for 8 hours to make sure the optics were politically correct.
